In the early 1990s, Raipur sat at the edge of an industrial transformation. Coal from the mines of Chhattisgarh was fuelling power plants, cement kilns, and steel mills across Central India — but the operators who could be trusted with a load were few and far between.

Jai Ambey Roadlines was founded with a single truck, a hand-written ledger, and one simple promise — every load moved on time, every load moved in full. From that first consignment out of Raipur, the story of the group began.

A Fleet Takes Shape. A Reputation Takes Root.

By the mid-2000s, one truck had become a hundred. The fleet grew alongside the region's power and steel industries — coal mines, power plants, and steel manufacturers came to rely on Jai Ambey Roadlines when their supply chains needed a partner they could count on.

Operations moved from a hand-written ledger to structured dispatch, and the company's reputation moved with it. Word travelled across mine offices and plant procurement desks: if it needed to be there, they would get it there.

Beyond Transportation — Into Making and Sourcing.

Two decades of moving industrial materials had built something more than a fleet — it had built relationships, insight, and a deep understanding of what manufacturers actually needed. Fesic Forging was founded to answer that: precision forged components for the same industries the group had been serving on the road.

The group expanded further into commodity trading and mineral supply. What began as a transporter began to build, forge, and source at scale. The group was no longer only a service company; it had become a partner across the value chain.

Bringing Organised Emergency Response to the Region.

In an emergency, minutes matter — and for too much of Central India, organised response was scarce or fragmented. Jai Ambey Exigency Services was launched to change that, followed by Jai Ambey Emergency Services (I).

For the first time, the group's promise moved from commerce to community. Ambulances dispatched, fire response coordinated, medical crews on standby — it wasn't a business diversification, it was an obligation to a region the group had grown up in.

Spaces Where People Live, Work, and Heal.

With three decades of operational depth behind it, the group turned to the physical spaces that shape everyday life. Aransh Projects entered real estate — homes, plots, and residential developments designed for the growing Central Indian middle class.

JAES Projects (I) took on healthcare and integrated infrastructure — hospitals, medical estates, and PSU-grade project delivery. Where the group had moved coal for power plants, it now built the estates where people live and the hospitals where they heal.
